Job Summary
Team Member at CrossAmerica Partners responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, operating the cash register, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and supporting efficient store operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping them locate products, promoting promotions and new arrivals, upselling and cross-selling, restocking shelves and maintaining inventory, adhering to safety protocols, assisting with inventory counts, monitoring for security issues, and working with team members to meet store goals. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus; starting pay is $14 per hour.
