Job Summary
Team Member will deliver excellent customer service, operate the cash register, process sales transactions accurately and securely, restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness, assist in inventory and stock control, promote/store products, and collaborate with colleagues to meet store goals. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping locate products, upselling/cross-selling, handling payments, ensuring accurate sales records, and adhering to safety protocols to maintain a positive shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
