Job Summary
The Team Member will deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service, greet customers, assist with locating products, promote store promotions, upsell and cross-sell, operate the cash register and process transactions accurately, maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves and inventories, monitor for security issues, and follow safety protocols to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role involves working afternoons/evenings on a part-time schedule with flexible hours and weekly pay, and requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
