Team Members

Team Member at CrossAmerica Partners (Now Hiring-EXPRESS LANE/JOE'S KWIK MART). Provide excellent customer service in a convenience-store setting, handle sales transactions and cash, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, assist with inventory, promote promotions, upsell, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping locate products, operating the cash register with accurate change and payments, recording sales accurately, restocking and sanitizing store areas, monitoring for security issues, and collaborating with teammates to meet store goals. Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus; strong communication, math, and cash-handling skills; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
