Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service in a part-time second-shift role at CrossAmerica Partners. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in locating products, promoting store promotions, upselling and cross-selling items, operating the cash register and handling transactions, restocking shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with inventory and safety protocols to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
