Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure the efficient operation of the store. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with locating products, promoting store products, upsell/cross-sell, operating the cash register and handling cash securely, ensuring accuracy of sales records, restocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean store, assisting with inventory, monitoring for security issues, and adhering to safety protocols while collaborating with team members to meet store goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
