Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean store while efficiently operating the cash register and processing transactions. Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping locate products, promoting promotions, upselling and cross-selling, restocking shelves, inventory assistance, and ensuring store safety. Must handle cash accurately, balance records, and adapt to a fast-paced environment; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team-oriented with reliable, punctual work ethic and ability to work with supervision to meet store goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
