Team Member at CrossAmerica Partners responsible for delivering friendly customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, operating the cash register, restocking and inventory tasks, and adhering to safety protocols. Requires ability to greet and assist customers, promote products, process sales accurately, handle cash and payments, and support store operations across mornings, afternoons, and evenings with flexible hours. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical duties include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a cold environment when stocking. Weekly pay and a role that blends part-time and possible full-time shifts are offered.
