Job Summary
The Team Member will provide excellent customer service, greet customers, assist in locating products, promote promotions, upsell items, operate the cash register and process sales accurately, restock shelves and maintain cleanliness, assist with inventory counts and reporting, and adhere to safety protocols. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, handle cash, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting at $14 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential; part-time role across all shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
