Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging positively with travelers, operate the POS system to process payments, and follow all cash handling policies. Prepare and serve quality food while ensuring proper food safety procedures, including temperature checks and labeling. Complete kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning, plus stock, sanitize workstations, and actively cross-sell products. Maintain knowledge of available items and adhere to brand standards. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
