Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing service, quality food, and a clean restaurant environment across multiple stations in accordance with JIB procedures and standards. Maintain guest satisfaction by being knowledgeable, friendly, and prepared, following the JIB Hospitality Model, and ensuring fast, accurate service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and clarifying orders, handling POS transactions, assembling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting all Front/Back of House roles (grill, prep, fryer, assembly) to ensure food quality, safety, and timely service. Emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and a positive guest-focused attitude in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to read and understand written English.
- Ability to stand and walk for a shift (90-95% of shift).
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
