Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest experience at a Jack in the Box restaurant by performing frontline duties across dine-in and drive-thru stations, ensuring order accuracy, food safety, cleanliness, and fast, friendly service according to JIB standards. The role focuses on greeting guests, taking and preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and upholding brand expectations; the position requires teamwork, adaptability to high volume periods, basic math, English communication, and adherence to safety and service procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience – Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Understands and communicates clearly in English
