Job Summary
Prepare and serve quality food and beverages while maintaining a clean work environment and delivering excellent customer service. Organize deliveries, stock fridges using a first-in, first-out process, and ensure all labels and prices are correct. Assist with kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house cleaning duties, clear tables, and work on tills following cash handling procedures. Take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain awareness of promotions, pricing, and product information. Follow food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures at all times while working collaboratively to meet service targets. This role requires working any 5 of 7 days with regular weekend shifts, a minimum of 30 hours, and flexibility to adapt to business needs.
