Prepare and serve quality food and beverages while maintaining a clean work environment and ensuring all labels and prices are correct. Organize deliveries using a first-in, first-out process to keep fridges stocked. Assist with kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house cleaning duties, clear tables, and work on tills following cash handling procedures. Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures. Represent WSH and John Lewis professionally while collaborating with colleagues to meet service targets. Attend all requested training and development courses.
