Process sales through the POS, handle payment transactions, and ensure secure cash handling while maintaining strict adherence to safe food handling procedures. Scan and interpret order tickets, skillfully sauce and garnish wings, prepare side items, and manage daily fryer filtration. Maintain cleanliness of counters, dining rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas, and participate in restaurant opening and closing responsibilities. Cross-train in cashier, cook, and frontline coordinator roles as directed by supervisors.
