Process sales through the POS/register, handle payment transactions, and follow secure cash handling procedures. Scan and interpret order tickets, adhere to safe cooking practices, and skillfully sauce and garnish wings while preparing side items. Maintain strict adherence to safe food handling, keep counters and dining rooms clean, and ensure bathrooms are stocked. Participate in restaurant opening and closing responsibilities, cross-train in various positions including cashier, cook, and dining room attendant, and report safety or sanitation concerns to the Manager on Duty.
