Team Member at Take 5 Car Wash responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining wash operations quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, supporting membership activities and account changes, following safety and cleanliness standards, operating wash equipment safely, assisting with member sign-ups and management, engaging customers to encourage reviews, stock and organize detail centers, maintain vacuum stations, and perform opening/closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
