Team Member at Take 5 Car Wash responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining wash operations quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, assisting with member sign-ups and account management, following safety and cleanliness standards, operating wash equipment safely, engaging customers at the Convenience Station, managing member accounts (cancellations, plan changes), stocking and organizing detail centers, maintaining vacuum stations, and performing opening/closing duties to ensure smooth operations. We’re seeking driven, outgoing individuals with a positive attitude who can contribute to a fast, friendly, and convenient customer experience across a growing national car wash network.
