Welcome customers at the Welcome Station and support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance. Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management, and follow company pricing and discounts policies. Perform Wash Station duties including operating wash equipment safely, maintaining a clean and organized area, assisting with vehicle prep and identifying preexisting conditions. Communicate with team and management about operational issues. At the Convenience Station, engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage Google reviews; manage member accounts (cancellations, plan changes, CX). Stock and organize detail centers, maintain inventory accuracy, and perform general site upkeep (trash removal, vacuum stations, weed control, safety). Maintain professional conduct and uniform standards; perform opening and closing duties and ensure tunnel safety and efficiency. Prepare towels and necessary materials to support daily operations. The Take 5 Car Wash network is nationwide with almost 500 locations; the role emphasizes a positive attitude, teamwork, and growth from within.
