Team Member responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring efficient wash operations. duties include guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, assisting with member sign-ups and account management, supporting membership growth, following pricing policies, and maintaining a clean, safe wash environment. Responsibilities also cover wash-station duties, equipment operation, safety procedures, effective communication with teammates and management, handling opening/closing tasks, stocking and organizing detail centers, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Candidates should be driven, outgoing, and able to contribute to a positive customer experience and a high-performing team within a fast-paced car wash network.
