Team Member at Take 5 Car Wash responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality wash operations. Responsibilities include guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, assisting with member sign-ups and account changes, following pricing and discount policies, operating wash equipment safely, maintaining a clean and safe wash area, engaging customers at Welcome Station and Convenience Station, managing member accounts (including cancellations and plan changes), encouraging Google reviews, stocking and organizing detail centers, maintaining vacuum stations and trash removal, and performing opening/closing duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
