Job Summary
Team Member responsible for Welcome Station and sales support, providing excellent customer service and assisting with member sign-ups, account management, and adherence to pricing/discount policies. Responsibilities include Wash Station service, operating wash equipment safely, vehicle prep and condition checks, maintaining cleanliness and safety, managing member accounts and cancellations, stocking detail centers, trash removal, and general site upkeep. Engages with customers to drive a positive experience and encourage Google reviews; supports opening/closing duties and works to drive performance across Take 5 Car Wash’s growing network.
