Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service at a car wash by guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, assisting with member sign-ups and account changes, and maintaining a clean and safe wash environment. Responsibilities include supporting sales and membership growth through consistent processes, operating wash equipment safely, handling opening and closing duties, engaging customers at the convenience station, managing member accounts (including cancellations and plan changes), encouraging Google reviews, stocking detail centers, and maintaining CX across the site. The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and alignment with Take 5 Car Wash’s emphasis on growth from within across nearly 500 locations.
