Team Member at Take 5 Car Wash responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, owning membership activities, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards to provide customers with a top-tier experience. Responsibilities include Welcome Station and Sales Performance (support sales and membership growth, assist with member sign-ups and account management, follow pricing/discount policies), Wash Station Service (safety, cleaning, equipment operation, communicate operational issues), Convenience Station (engage customers, encourage Google reviews, manage member accounts and CX), site upkeep (stock/detail centers, trash, vacuum maintenance, general maintenance), and opening/closing duties. We’re seeking driven, outgoing individuals eager to grow with a large car wash network in the U.S.
