Team Member

Team Member responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting wash operations. Responsibilities include guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, assisting with member sign-ups and account management, maintaining cleanliness and safety, operating wash equipment safely, engaging customers at the Welcome and Convenience Stations, managing member accounts (cancellations, plan changes, CX), stocking and organizing detail centers, maintaining vacuum stations and trash/area cleanliness, and performing opening/closing duties. The role emphasizes a positive attitude, professional conduct, adherence to company policies on pricing/discounts, and effective communication with team members and management. The position is part-time within Take 5 Car Wash’s growing U.S. footprint, with emphasis on growth, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
