Provide exceptional customer service and support wash operations at a Take 5 car wash location. Responsibilities include guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, assisting with member sign-ups, changes, and account management, following pricing and discount policies, operating wash equipment safely, maintaining a clean and safe wash area, engaging customers, managing member accounts (including cancellations and plan changes), stocking and organizing detail centers, maintaining vacuum stations, performing opening/closing duties, and ensuring overall site upkeep.
