Welcome customers at the station with a friendly attitude, guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, and manage membership activities including sign-ups, changes, and cancellations. Operate wash equipment safely, assist with vehicle preparation, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the wash, convenience, and detail centers. Perform general site upkeep such as trash pickup, weed removal, and tunnel maintenance while adhering to uniform standards and company policies. Support sales and membership growth through consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.
