Responsibilities include assisting with member sign-ups, changes, and account management; following safety procedures; operating wash equipment safely; maintaining a clean and organized wash area; engaging customers at the Welcome Station and Convenience Station; managing member accounts (including cancellations and plan changes); stock and organize detail centers; maintain vacuum stations and overall site upkeep; perform opening and closing duties; and proactively communicate operational issues to the team. The role emphasizes a friendly, professional attitude, adherence to company policies on pricing/discounts, and contributing to a positive customer experience and Google reviews.
