Job Summary
Team Member needed for West Coast Convenience’s network of stores and car washes. Responsibilities include managing the cash register, stocking products, delivering prompt and courteous customer service, maintaining a clean store and adjacent property, troubleshooting car wash issues, preparing shift reports, and cross- or upselling products to increase store sales. Adheres to core values (People, Teamwork, Communication, Training, Results Matter, Fun, Customer Centered, Safety) and supports a fast-paced, customer-focused environment across all shifts (first, second, and third).
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations
- Ability to read, understand, and write in English
- Perform basic math including proper calculation of change
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
- Ability to work in various temperature environments
- Must be 18+ (1st/2nd shift) and 21+ (3rd shift)
