Team Member

Team Member at Fazoli's responsible for greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders, assisting customers with menu options, and ensuring orders are processed correctly. Duties include food preparation according to Fazoli's standards, following food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures, operating the cash register, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient restaurant operations; participate in inventory stocking when needed; assist with opening/closing duties; and take part in training programs to improve performance. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dependability, and punctuality. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical requirements include standing for long periods, repetitive motions, and periodic lifting up to 50 pounds. Training, safety protocols, and proper PPE provided; role may involve varying indoor/outdoor tasks depending on location.
