Responsibilities include food preparation following Fazoli's standards, maintaining food safety and sanitation, safely operating kitchen equipment, handling cash and processing payments, keeping the dining and cashier areas clean, collaborating with teammates, assisting with inventory and stocking, and participating in training. Additional duties include opening/closing tasks. Requirements: 16+ years old, excellent communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dependability and punctuality. Work environment includes flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays), potential exposure to heat and cold, and opportunities to work in both indoor kitchen and outdoor/front-of-house settings.
