Team Member at Flynn Arby’s responsible for preparing and serving quality food in a fast-paced environment, delivering friendly customer service, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines, assisting with inventory and restocking, collaborating with team members for smooth operations, and handling cash and credit transactions accurately. Requires strong communication, ability to work various shifts including weekends/holidays, ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
