Job Summary
Greet guests, deliver service information, and promote membership programs while rotating through indoor and outdoor job functions. Perform quality inspections, maintain the car wash tunnel, and keep vacuum areas and grounds spotless. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. Support teammates in a fast-paced environment open seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with incentives for full-time staff. Required Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage guests and provide excellent service
- Ability to upsell memberships and wash packages confidently
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Ensures cars are properly prepped and the facility is clean and maintained
- Works well with others, follows direction, and contributes to a positive team culture
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
