Job Summary
Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing excellent service, coordinating quick and accurate order preparation, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment across front-of-house stations. Demonstrates hospitality and a friendly, solutions-oriented approach to guests, follows the JIB Hospitality Model (listen, apologize, make it right), and upholds food quality and safety standards. Works as part of a team in a fast-paced setting, communicates effectively with guests and coworkers, and operates POS systems to take orders, collect payments, and ensure accurate order assembly and delivery. Emphasizes guest satisfaction, attentiveness, timely service, proper cleanliness, and adherence to restaurant policies from setting to serving. Maintains knowledge of menu items, performs multiple tasks, and contributes to a positive dining experience for guests in a high-volume environment.
