Job Summary
Responsibilities include greeting and thanking customers; taking and relaying food and beverage orders to kitchen operations; cooking, preparing, packaging, and pouring food and drinks using kitchen equipment; stocking kitchen and service materials and salsa bars; fulfilling customer orders; processing payments at the cash register; unloading deliveries; cleaning the restaurant interior and exterior; observing alcohol laws when applicable; maintaining safe public access; and performing additional duties as assigned by management. Skills/abilities emphasize prompt communication, customer and coworker interaction, multi-tasking, adaptability to changing assignments, maintaining productivity and composure under pressure, English language ability for positions with customer contact, and familiarity with POS cash register systems, kitchen screens, and recipes. The work environment features moderate to high noise and varying conditions by season and time of day. The role supports equal opportunity employment.
