Team Member

Team Member responsible for preparing and serving food to customers and maintaining a clean dining environment. Duties include greeting and thanking customers, taking and relaying orders (verbal or via automated systems), cooking and preparing food and beverages with kitchen equipment, stocking kitchen and service areas, assembling orders, processing payments at the cash register, unloading deliveries, cleaning dining and kitchen areas, and complying with alcohol-service laws where applicable. Additional duties as assigned by management. Roles include a range of team functions such as cashier, cook, line server, grill, and host/hostess, with emphasis on teamwork, customer service, safety, and sanitation.
