Job Summary
Team Member responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing excellent service, food quality, and a clean restaurant environment across front-of-house operations (dine-in, drive-thru) and related back-of-house tasks. Responsibilities include taking and clarifying orders, entering orders in POS, handling payments and change, assembling orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness, stocking, and ensuring food looks and tastes great. Must follow JIB policies and guest-service principles, work quickly in a fast-paced setting, be a strong team player, and represent the brand with a friendly, professional attitude. Individual duties span Front of Restaurant, including Guest Service, Interior, Exterior, and Back of Restaurant stations, with emphasis on accuracy, speed, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to read and understand written English and communicate clearly in English.
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply).
- Ability to stand and walk roughly 90-95% of shift; ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
