Job Summary
Deliver guest experience by providing friendly, high-quality service across restaurant workstations, ensuring food looks and tastes great, maintaining cleanliness, and following JIB policies. Responsibilities include taking/clarifying orders, entering orders in POS, collecting payment, assembling and handing over orders to guests, maintaining interior/exterior cleanliness, ensuring food safety and quality, and cooperating with team members to meet guest needs in a fast-paced environment. Emphasizes hospitality, brand representation, teamwork, accuracy, and efficient service across front, back, and dining areas.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
