Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consistently providing excellent service, great tasting food, and a clean restaurant environment while performing one or more workstations in accordance with JIB procedures. Acknowledge and welcome guests, take and clarify orders, enter orders into the POS system, and assemble products according to procedure. Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, including sweeping parking lots, cleaning dining rooms, and sanitizing dishes. Perform food safety protocols, ensure order accuracy, and handle guest complaints by following the 3-step problem-solving process. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while treating team members with care and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Ability to listen to guests' orders
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to read video monitors
- Ability to read and understand written English
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply)
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to speak another language based on location of restaurant
Desired Qualifications
- Guest service or food cook/preparation experience
- Comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
