Job Summary
Team Member responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through friendly service, quality food, and a clean restaurant environment. Performs one or more workstations (Front of Restaurant, Back of Restaurant, Grill, Fryer, Assembly, Prep) in accordance with Jack in the Box policies and standards. Responsibilities include taking and clarifying orders, operating POS, handling cash, assembling orders for dine-in or drive-thru, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring food safety and quality, and collaborating with team to meet high-volume, fast-paced service expectations. Emphasizes hospitality, brand ambassador mindset, and adherence to uniform/grooming standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to read and understand written English.
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply).
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95% of shift.
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; additional language may be required based on location.
