Job Summary
Team Member responsible for the completion of food preparation and service to customers, greeting customers, taking and relaying orders, cooking and packaging dishes, stocking materials, handling payments, unloading deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment in the restaurant. Requires ability to learn and operate POS systems, follow food safety procedures, communicate with customers and coworkers, multitask across kitchen and service duties, and adapt to varying shifts and volumes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak English in positions requiring immediate customer contact
- Must be able to learn POS Cash Register, Kitchen Screens, Recipes
- Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks
- Must have the ability to adjust to changing assignments
- Must have the ability to maintain productivity, composure, and a pleasant attitude under pressure
- Must be able to stand, walk, talk, or hear; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; lift 25-50 pounds
- Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Must be able to greet and thank customers
- Must be able to manage cash handling and return proper change
