Manage store operations by executing merchandising, inventory management, and stock control while handling POS transactions and cash reconciliations to ensure accurate shift endings. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patrons and meeting their needs efficiently, while collaborating with colleagues and supporting the store manager in daily tasks. Maintain high safety and accuracy standards across all retail activities. This role requires flexibility to work a 7-day roster including weekends and overnight shifts.
