Job Summary
Welcome guests to the wash experience, guide them through the process, and support sales and membership growth at the Welcome and Convenience stations. Operate wash equipment safely, maintain vacuum stations, and perform general site upkeep including trash pickup and tunnel cleaning. Manage member accounts for sign-ups, changes, and cancellations while ensuring all safety procedures and company policies are followed. Stock detail centers, empty trash cans, and prepare towels to maintain a clean, organized environment. This hands-on role requires physical activity in all weather conditions, with a 60-day structured certification program starting day one.
