Job Summary
Welcome guests to the wash experience, guide them through the process, and support sales and membership growth through knowledgeable interactions. Operate wash and vacuum equipment safely while maintaining clean, organized work areas and performing general site upkeep like trash removal and tunnel cleaning. Manage member accounts including sign-ups, changes, and cancellations, and ensure inventory accuracy at detail centers. Follow safety procedures, adhere to uniform standards, and handle opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations. This hands-on role requires physical activity in all weather conditions, with a 60-day structured certification program provided from day one.
