Job Summary
Welcome guests to the wash experience, guide them through the process, and support sales and membership growth through knowledgeable assistance. Operate wash equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized wash area and assisting with vehicle preparation. Manage member accounts, including sign-ups, changes, and cancellations, and encourage Google reviews at the convenience station. Stock detail centers, empty trash cans, and perform general site upkeep such as trash pickup and weed removal. Maintain vacuum stations, clean the tunnel, and prepare towels for daily operations. Adhere to safety procedures, company policies, and uniform standards while ensuring smooth opening and closing duties.
