Operate wash equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized station and assisting with vehicle preparation. Manage member accounts, handle cancellations and plan changes, and engage with customers at the convenience station to encourage reviews. Perform general site upkeep including trash pickup, weed removal, and tunnel maintenance to ensure a safe environment. Stock detail centers, empty trash cans, and maintain vacuum stations. Adhere to uniform standards and complete opening and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
