Job Summary
Welcome guests to the wash experience, guide them through the process, and support sales and membership growth through knowledgeable assistance. Operate wash equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized wash area and assisting with vehicle preparation. Manage member accounts, handle sign-ups and changes, and encourage positive Google reviews at the convenience station. Perform general site upkeep including trash pickup, weed removal, and tunnel cleaning to ensure a safe environment. Maintain vacuum stations, stock detail centers, and conduct opening and closing duties. This hands-on role requires physical activity and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
