Job Summary
Welcome guests at the station with professional service, guide them through the wash experience, and support sales and membership growth. Operate wash equipment safely, maintain the tunnel and vacuum stations, and perform general site upkeep including trash pickup and weed removal. Manage member accounts for sign-ups, changes, and cancellations while ensuring clean, organized work areas. Open and close shifts to ensure smooth operations, communicate operational issues to management, and encourage positive customer experiences and Google reviews.
