Job Summary
Welcome guests to the wash experience, guide them through the process, and support sales and membership growth. Operate wash equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized area and assisting with vehicle preparation. Manage member accounts, handle cancellations and plan changes, and encourage positive Google reviews. Perform general site upkeep including trash pickup, weed removal, and tunnel maintenance to ensure a safe environment. Adhere to uniform standards, handle opening and closing duties, and stock detail centers for inventory accuracy. This hands-on role requires physical activity in all weather conditions and is part of a 60-day structured certification program at Take 5 Car Wash.
