Welcome guests through the wash experience, guide customers through sales processes, and assist with member sign-ups and account management. Operate wash equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized wash area and identifying preexisting vehicle conditions. Engage with customers at the convenience station to encourage reviews, manage cancellations and plan changes, and stock detail centers. Perform general site upkeep including trash pickup, weed removal, and tunnel maintenance to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Conduct opening and closing duties while adhering to uniform standards and company policies.
